&lt;a href="https://aicell.io/about">AICell Lab&lt;/a> at KTH and SciLifeLab and embedded in SciLifeLab&amp;rsquo;s
&lt;strong>&lt;a href="https://www.scilifelab.se/alpha-cell/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">AlphaCell program&lt;/a>&lt;/strong> — a flagship, Wallenberg-funded
effort to build the first molecular-level computational model of the human cell.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>This is a computationally oriented role, grounded in biological questions. You will develop and
train large-scale AI models that learn from diverse biological data — fluorescence and electron
microscopy together with molecular measurements — to represent, predict and simulate how cells
are organized and behave. The work is highly collaborative across computational and experimental
teams, including close collaboration with Avlant Nilsson&amp;rsquo;s group at Karolinska Institutet and the
Human Protein Atlas data team.&lt;/p>
